In Korea there are 8 groups and the American Cockers (as they are known) belong to the 7th group (sporting one). All varieties are judged together in Korea.

There are 5 classes:

BABY - For 3-6 months puppies
PUPPY - 6-10 months puppies
JUNIOR - 10-15 months
YOUNG ADULT - 15-24 months
ADULT - Older than 24 months Korean & Braz Ch ST' James Falsabed Queen

In the Korean shows, the judge chooses the Best Female and Best Male. They are called BOB of each sex. These BOB will compete with the BOB of other dogs of the 7th group. For example. The best Female American cocker will compete with the best female english cocker, golden retriever, etc. They choose the Best in group through the 4th placement. The same with the males.

Thus they chose the Queen (Best Female of the Dogshow) and Reserve Queen. Best King and Reserve of King. The King and Queen will compete for the BIS.

However, the puppies don't compete with the adult dogs (junior and older). They compete only with the Baby and Puppy class, and as the older dogs, will compete in the group and thus King or Queen and finaly the Puppy BIS.
